Generation GF Teen Summit 2023

June 26th - June 29th 2023

The Ridgeline Hotel

Estes Park, Colorado

Join us for the 2023 Generation GF Teen Summit in beautiful Estes Park, Colorado at the base of the Rocky Mountains.

This summit is designed for both gluten-free teens and their families. Our goal is to instill confidence in teenagers as they enter the world as capable and self-assured gluten-free adults.

Please note that any teen participant registered must have an adult chaperone throughout the event.

Each registration includes:

  • Transportation in a private shuttle to and from Denver International Airport

  • Lodging for three nights (check-in June 26th and check out June 29th) at The Ridgeline Hotel with two queen beds (up to 4 people)

  • Gluten-free meals during your stay (additional intolerances can be accommodated)

  • One daytime activity (choices include horseback riding, aerial courses, or a Jeep 4x4 tour)

  • Education-focused sessions specifically designed for gluten-free teens

The cost of this event is $850, including transportation to and from the Denver airport, gluten-free meals, and lodging at the host hotel. This registration cost is the same for anyone attending - teen, parent, and/or siblings.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations 90 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations within 45-89 days will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 45 days prior to the event will not be refunded. I understand that I am holding a spot so reservations for this event cannot be refunded when requested less than 45 days prior to the event. Lexie Van Den Heuvel is the founder and former CEO of Cutting Costs for Celiacs ("Cutting Costs"), a 501(c)3 organization founded in 2013 with the mission of helping Celiac families make ends meet on the gluten-free diet. Since Cutting Costs was acquired by the Gluten Intolerance Group ("GIG") in 2021, Van Den Heuvel has served as Secretary of the board for GIG Cares. She is a member of Gluten Free around DC and an avid intramural soccer player.

Coral Ward Barajas' mission is to help those struggling with the diagnosis of celiac disease find their groove with Gluten Free with Coral. She wants to help people understand what the disease is, how to live their best lives, and how to lessen the tough emotions that come with it, such as isolation, uncertainty, frustration, and depression. If you’re feeling lost or overwhelmed, know that you’re not alone. She's here to provide resources and hope, and to guide you on your journey towards a happier, healthier life. Together, we’ll find ways to thrive and overcome the challenges that celiac disease can bring.
