Join us for the 2023 Generation GF Teen Summit in beautiful Estes Park, Colorado at the base of the Rocky Mountains.

  • Education-focused sessions specifically designed for gluten-free teens

Speakers

Lexie Van Den Heuvel is the founder and former CEO of Cutting Costs for Celiacs ("Cutting Costs"), a 501(c)3 organization founded in 2013 with the mission of helping Celiac families make ends meet on the gluten-free diet. Since Cutting Costs was acquired by the Gluten Intolerance Group ("GIG") in 2021, Van Den Heuvel has served as Secretary of the board for GIG Cares. She is a member of Gluten Free around DC and an avid intramural soccer player.

Coral Ward Barajas' mission is to help those struggling with the diagnosis of celiac disease find their groove with Gluten Free with Coral. She wants to help people understand what the disease is, how to live their best lives, and how to lessen the tough emotions that come with it, such as isolation, uncertainty, frustration, and depression. If you’re feeling lost or overwhelmed, know that you’re not alone. She's here to provide resources and hope, and to guide you on your journey towards a happier, healthier life. Together, we’ll find ways to thrive and overcome the challenges that celiac disease can bring.
